These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AnteLabs Trade website and subscription publication (the "Service"), operated by DailyCore Supply LLC, a New York limited liability company operating as AnteLabs Trade ("we," "us"). By using the Service or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
AnteLabs Trade is an impersonal market-research and commentary publication. Every subscriber on a tier receives the same content. The Service:
• is for informational and educational purposes only;
• is not investment advice, and is not personalized to you, your finances, or your objectives;
• is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security;
• does not manage money, hold funds, place trades for you, or connect to your brokerage.
The "model portfolio" shown throughout the Service is a hypothetical, simulated paper portfolio. It involves no real money. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations and does not represent actual trading. Past and hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results. Consult your own licensed financial professional before making any investment decision. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary to you.
The paid subscription is billed by our payment processor, Stripe, at the price shown at checkout (currently $30/month) after a 15-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and renews monthly until cancelled.
Cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal (linked from your receipt emails) or by emailing support@antelabs.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the period already paid. Except where required by law, payments for a billing period already started are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Access is delivered through private Telegram and Discord channels linked to your subscription. You agree not to: share, resell, scrape, or redistribute paid content; share channel access with non-subscribers; use the Service to violate any law; or present our content as personalized advice to others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with a refund of any unused full billing period at our discretion.
The Service's content — digests, letters, the ledger, and site content — is owned by DailyCore Supply LLC and protected by copyright. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to read it. Brief quotation with attribution is welcome; wholesale republication is not.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Content may contain errors; data comes from third-party sources we do not control; delivery depends on third-party platforms (Telegram, Discord, Stripe) that may be interrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyCore Supply LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may change the Service (including cadence and content format) and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept it. Price changes apply from your next renewal after notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
